Nature Connection Cards

£12.00

Inspired by the 5 pathways to nature connection: Senses, beauty, emotion, meaning, and compassion (with thanks to the Nature Connectedness Research Group at the University of Derby)
Each card has a question for reflection or a task to complete. Each card features a perspective from a member of the Trash Free Trails community. Use this for inspiration or to simply enjoy and reflect on what others experienced!

This pack is ideal when there is a sit-spot or a space to take a few minutes during trail cleans and purposeful adventures.
In pairs, pick a card, or multiple cards, from the deck. Take a mindful minute to engage with the nature around you, and then take it in turns to discuss the cards with your partner.

These cards are all housed in a handy aluminum tin, perfect for on the go use!
