Shipping policy

International Orders:

Please note that international orders maybe subject to taxes and duties at the border. Please check with your local authority prior to purchase to avoid disappointment. HKT Products are not liable for taxes or duties collected at international borders.

Notice for EU Customers:

Due to new EU customs rules introduced on 1 July 2026, all orders under €150 are now subject to a flat €3 customs duty per product typeplus your local import VAT. These charges are NOT collected at checkout. You must pay these fees, along with a local postal handling fee, to your local delivery service before your package will be released. 

Order Processing Times 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders must be placed before 12.30pm to qualify for tracked next day delivery. Please note that sometimes postal services are disrupted which are out of our control however we will endeavour to get the item/s to you as specified at point of purchase.

We aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 24 items the next working day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 items within 2 to 3 working days - however, these timescales aren’t guaranteed. 

Local Collection 

You can skip delivery fees with free local pickup at our office based at 42 Clifton Street, Sheffield, S9 2DQ. If you wish to do this select our free economy shipping at the checkout, then pop us an email over to info@hookitproducts.co.uk. We will then notify you when your order will be ready for pick up along with any instructions. Our collection times are 9 - 2.30pm Monday to Friday but a suitable time and date will be arranged for collection beforehand. (Please do not arrive without a time and date confirmed beforehand as your order may not be ready)
