A registered CIC (community interest corp) in the UK. Every penny made goes back into the team. We want riders and staff to succeed and one day move onwards and upwards to factory rides and full time positions. No strings attached. We actively help and encourage this. 

We believe that MTB racing and riding should be an accessible and un-elitist sport where possible. Removing barriers to entry and encouraging grass roots development is key for natural talents to rise to the top.
